#40NotOut | How to begin your health transformation & weight loss journey |#BlogchatterA2Z

Well, the first post in #40NotOut was a serious & preachy one: How to activate your health transformation journey? The one you are about to read is intentionally funny and meant to help you identify where you stand in your commitment to fitness.

Well, before you proceed, there are a few misconceptions that I want to clear:

Being thin is not equal to being healthy

Losing weight is not the same as getting healthier

There is NO fast and easy way to get healthy

“Mayu, when will that Monday arrive? When?” He lovingly teased me regularly.

Before I started my health journey, I was lovingly teased by my husband who said, “Woh Monday kab aayega?” (since I always made a resolve to start on the next Monday.)

As you already know, the #40NotOut series is where I, a 43-year-old working mother of two will be revealing my secrets to health transformation. While I urge you to walk this path with me, I know from experience that excuses always get the better of us.

Scroll ahead and let me know – which one is YOU:
