As a mother of two, a working professional, wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law, there are a lot of responsibilities on my shoulders. On my 41st birthday in 2018, it dawned to me that if I don’t take care of my health and wellness, my family will have to bear the brunt of taking care of me.
