What noone tells you about Senior Citizen care:
You are walking on a tightrope with a huge burden of responsibilities and just for fun, God has put grease on the tightrope!! You are expected to manage and smile through it all. After all, no one wants to show that their lives are in trouble or in chaos because they need to take care of their parents/in-laws.
Whenever someone around me receives praise or achieves success, I feel an intense and overwhelming feeling of jealousy towards that person. The feeling intensifies when I see so many people leading a happy life on social media. I feel inadequate, like a loser. Please help me to get rid of these feelings of jealousy.
I am in a toxic relationship since many years. I know it’s killing me yet I don’t want to leave. I know many friends who are in a similar situation.
Please guide me.
