There was a time when organic farming wasn’t a fad, simply because it was a way of life. Those were the days of lesser vehicular pollution, cleaner air & water & nutrient-rich food. A stress-free life where children played freely in open grounds, swam fearlessly in the rivers & climbed trees to steal mangoes. Nutrition in the foundation years was as important then as it is now. However, mothers had it easier back then, a balanced meal was lovingly cooked at home using the purest, non-processed ingredients. As a result, children grew healthier, sharper and shone at studies and sports.

Unfortunately, modernisation has brought in a situation where this is just a story. I tell my children these stories and they drift off to sleep fascinated with the idea of swimming in a river with their friends.

We live in uncertain times. Today’s mothers are constantly worried about the shortfalls of growth and how it will affect their child’s future. Foods packed with chemicals & unhealthy eating habits are ensuring that our kids don’t get adequate nutrition.

Take the example of my own 5-year old’s class, many children were diagnosed with Vitamin D3 deficiency, still others need spectacles at this tender age, many complain of sluggishness despite long hours of sleep, many fall ill often and still, others are underweight.
My 5-year-old daughter is a fussy eater & I am constantly worried that she may not be getting adequate nutrition that is required for her brain development and immunity build-up. I am constantly battling with the question of how to handle a picky eater like my daughter?

My elder one is now 14 years old, when he was a toddler, our paediatrician had referred PediaSure for building immunity and enhancing brain growth. The paediatrician said a well-balanced meal was crucial for my child to grow right.
He told me that PediaSure:
- Contains 37 vital nutrients – that will help her gain height and weight as well as support her immunity and brain development
- Contains high protein
- Supports bone growth
- Gives Visible growth in 90 days
I use PediaSure for both my kids. Initially, I was sceptical because she makes a fuss about anything that goes into her mouth. But thankfully, PediaSure comes in 4 flavours so she is never bored. I am able to combat her fussy eating problem effectively because of PediaSure.

So, while I am still trying various recipes to ensure she eats well, PediaSure is ensuring that her nutritional needs are fulfilled effectively.

Thanks for Post!
Healthy brain growth in infancy continues to depend on the right care and nutrition. Because children s brains are still growing, they are especially vulnerable to traumatic head injuries, infections, or toxins, such as lead. Childhood vaccines, such as the measles vaccine, can protect children from dangerous complications like swelling of the brain. Ensuring that parents and caregivers have access to healthy foods and places to live and play that are healthy and safe for their child can help them provide more nurturing care.
