Over a decade ago, I was introduced to Amway’s products by a friend, and I have been a fan of the Nutrilite range ever since. Omega-3 and the Nutrilite powder being my favourite daily dose of health.
So, when I was invited to attend the launch of Amway’s new Nutrilite Traditional Herbs Range, I was thrilled and curious at the same time.
I am always mindful that YOU, my readers believe what I say and thus the onus lies on me to thoroughly understand and experience before bringing a product to you.
Before I get into the launch event, let me tell you that for the past ten days, I have been using the products:
1. Nutrilite Tulsi
2. Nutrilite Brahmi
3. Nutrilite Ashwagandha
4. Nutrilite Amalaki, Vibhitaki, and Haritaki
And yes, I feel better. My energy levels are back, I feel more alert, my system feels clean and most importantly my stamina is much better than before.
Over the past 2 decades, Amway has emerged as one of the leading FMCG brands in the country. It was wonderful to learn that the products can now be directly bought online without any middle-person in between.
Affordable supplements that won’t dent the wallet
Whats more, the New Nutrilite Indian Traditional Herbs range has been priced in a way that it is affordable to the common man.
Priced at INR 649 (inclusive of all taxes) for a bottle of 60 tablets for each variant, the new range is compliant to the new Nutraceuticals Regulations i.e. The Food Safety and Standards (Health Supplements, Nutraceuticals, Food for Special Dietary Use, Food for Special Medical Purpose, Functional Food and Novel Food) Regulations, 2016 (‘Regulations’), issued by Food Safety Standard Authority of India (FSSAI).
What took so long for Amway to introduce this range?
It has taken the company over a decade to study, research and bring these products to the consumer. The company did realise the market for traditional herbs range long ago, however, their philosophy doesn’t allow them to jump into production immediately.
“The consumer is concerned with the purity & the safety of supplements. Most importantly they were concerned with the efficacy of the products. It took us a long time to study scriptures, research modern clinical science and co-related it to traditions. We had to formulate products in a way that they were pure, safe and potent.” said Ajay Khanna, Category Head (Nutrition & Wellness), Amway India.
“Seed to supplement approach”
We were shown numerous visuals on how the company develops all its products through the “seed to supplement process”. They told us that their quality check ensure that the they choose the RIGHT:
– Farm & soil is deployed
– Plant part is used
– Active ingredient is isolated
– Seeds are used
– species identified
– extraction & process
– product delivered
Where do they manufacture these products?
Mr. Khanna informed us that the Nutrilite Traditional Herbs Range is in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Make in India’ vision, which reiterates Amway’s commitment to government’s ‘Make in India’ initiative, as it is developed for the Indian consumers. The range is being manufactured at Amway’s state-of-the-art LEED ‘GOLD’ certified manufacturing facility located in the Dindigul district of Tamil Nadu.
Pure, Safe & Potent
Pure: What particularly impressed me is the high standards of purity that Amway has ensured while developing these products. Certified Organic Herbs are sourced from certified farms. DNA Fingerprinted Herbs process allos them to ensure better quality without contamination.
Potent: A consumer is most concerned whether the product will work or not. Many times I have used supplements where I haven’t felt any difference but when I stopped using them, my energy levels used to fall sub-zero. However, since these products are Non-GMO, they promise to prevent health hazards and ensure safety. The Active Ingredient/ Constituents packs in loads of nutrition within one small tablet – for instance, one tablet of Tulsi has benefits equivalent to over 100 dried organic leaves of Tulsi.
Like I said, I am feeling the difference within my body and will surely be continuing the usage.

Disclaimer: This is a paid promotion. But my testimony stands true. I will never endorse anything without actually using and believing in it. However, I would surely advise you to consult your doctor before using the supplements as each person’s body and response may be different. These products continue to work for the well-being of me and my family.
The products look promising and Amway as a brand has really good supplements which have proved their merit always.
